From the bustling environment of a travel agency, where his repertoire included selling rail tickets to designing exotic holiday getaways, Charles mastered the surprisingly intricate facets of the travel industry and the critical importance of exceptional customer service at every stage.
TRX Europe
Charles spearheaded operations at TRX Europe, a trailblazer in travel technology, delivering pioneering transaction solutions for the burgeoning online travel agencies (OTAs) like lastminute.com, Opodo, and Priceline. His role took him across continents from India to the United States and South Africa, where he enriched travel agents with expertise in GDS systems, ticketing, BSP, and operational strategies.
